Website Privacy
This site does not run first-party advertising trackers or audience analytics. Some pages do use hosting infrastructure and clearly identified third-party media or market-data services.

Hosting and basic request logs
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel may process technical request data such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, time, and security events to deliver and protect the site. Richard Gillespie does not maintain a separate visitor profile or analytics database from those logs.
Cookies
Public pages do not set a first-party analytics or advertising cookie. An encrypted session cookie is used only after a successful administrator login. Embedded third-party services may apply their own storage or cookies under their policies.
Embedded services
Product pages can load YouTube videos using YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain, and the Investments page can load a TradingView market widget. Loading a page with one of these embeds can disclose technical connection data to that provider. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy terms.
Contact
If you email Richard Gillespie or submit a message through an enabled contact form, the information you provide is used to read, route, and respond to that message. It is not sold. Email may be retained when reasonably needed for the conversation, support, or legal and security records.
External links and app privacy
Links to the App Store, music services, social networks, education providers, and other sites take you to services with their own policies. Product-specific policies are available for TEMPO-1, VA-1, and Ambient Meditation.
