Pitch, Ratchets, and Record Quantize
Create pitched steps, repeated hits, and quantized or loose live recordings.
Per-step pitch
- Pitch is stored with each step and included in presets and page copy/paste.
- It applies to imported or sample sounds, melodic voices, and supported modeled Kick and Tom paths.
- Step pitch adds to the voice or sample pitch at playback, so the main pad PITCH transposes the whole phrase.
Ratchets
- Ratchet values are x1, x2, x3, x4, x6, or x8.
- Repeated taps on the same voice inside one step can record as a ratchet while REC is armed.
