Six steps to a first groove

1. 01

   Play

   Tap Play. Tap Stop to halt the transport.

2. 02

   Choose

   Open Pads, select a voice, and tap SOUND.

3. 03

   Sample

   Record, edit, import, or bounce a sound into a bank slot.

4. 04

   Sequence

   Open Seq. Tap cells or drag to paint a rhythm.

5. 05

   Shape

   Use VEL, PITCH, PROB, CND, TIME, and RTRG.

6. 06

   Share

   Save presets, export MIDI, export loop WAV, or share banks.

A fast first pattern

• Select a pattern variation with A-D and choose 16, 32, or 64 steps.
• Add Kick, Snare, Hat, and one melodic or sample voice.
• Tap SOUND, then RECORD to capture a new sound or EDIT to reshape a factory or user-bank sample.
• Use QNT before live recording: 1/16 for simple grids, 1/32 or 1/64 for faster fills, OFF for loose timing.
• Use CND on a few steps so fills appear every 2, 4, or 8 loops instead of every pass.
• Use Mix and FX after the rhythm feels right.
