Troubleshooting

Resolve sampling, input, sequencing, MIDI, Filter Pad, export, and AUv3 pattern-recording issues.

Sample recording is unavailableUse the standalone app where possible, enable microphone access, and stop loop capture before recording a sample
No input level appearsOpen AUDIO, confirm permission and the active input, choose a channel if available, and check the connected interface or mic
A sample will not saveTrim must leave audible audio and the result must be 30 seconds or shorter. A different occupied destination requires confirmation
A step does not play every loopCheck CND. Values above 1L play on the first pass after reset, then skip loop cycles
Live recording feels looseCheck QNT; OFF preserves micro-timing, while 1/16, 1/32, or 1/64 tighten placement
MIDI output is silentCheck OUTPUT ON, destination, output mode, MAP-enabled tracks, mute or solo, and host MIDI routing
A USB or Network MIDI destination is missingConnect or activate the destination, reopen OUTPUT, and select it again; inactive Network MIDI endpoints are hidden
Filter Pad moves but no sweep is heardTurn on Filter and route the selected voice or MSTR to it
MIDI export does not match playbackMIDI export omits OUTPUT/MAP, mute/solo, pitch, PROB, CND, and FX. Use Capture for the performed audio result
