| Recipe | Method |

| Melodic synth pattern | Set PITCH values on SYN, BAS, KEY, or a sample voice, then move the main PITCH control to transpose the phrase |
| Long-form fill | Set a Snare or Perc step to CND 4L or 8L so it appears only every few loops |
| Filter performance | Route a voice to Filter, open Filter Pad, and record cutoff and resonance sweeps |
| External drum machine | Use MIDI OUTPUT and MAP to drive an external drum machine while TEMPO-1 sequences the groove |
